Catania Fontanarossa Airport

There is one airport in Catania, Italy, called Catania-Fontanarossa Airport (CTA).

  • Catania-Fontanarossa Airport (CTA): The main airport in Sicily and southern Italy, located 4.3 km southwest of Catania.
  • It's the sixth airport in Italy for the number of passengers.
  • The bus service is called Alibus and picks up between Terminal A and Terminal C every 25 minutes, there is no Terminal B. There are multiple stops throughout the city.

    • Palazzo dell'Etna: The medical campus is on the metro line at the San Nullo stop.
    • Main campus: The main campus is accessible by metro at the Milo stop.
    • Campus entrance: The campus entrance is within walking distance of the Cittadella Ovest bus stop.
